Marshfield​ Patients receiving a maximum 3600 mg dose show typical serum felbamate levels of 50-80 ug/mL with a range of 25-135 ug/mL, without toxicity.​
Interpretation
​Trough concentrations are most accurate and recommended for therapeutic drug monitoring. Preferably obtained just before the next dose.
