Test Information
Notify the Transfusion Service IMMEDIATELY after a transfusion reaction or suspected transfusion reaction occurs. Transfusion Service personnel will perform the required laboratory tests.
Nurse is required to complete the Investigation of Reported Transfusion in Cerner Bridge and on Blood Product Administration Record form #25200944.
